Who processes the data

What we receive

From the request form, only what you enter yourself:

• your name;
• email address;
• messenger and your handle or number there;
• the vehicle and gear you chose, rental dates and the delivery place;
• your comment, if you left one.

Automatically, visit data through Yandex Metrica: an anonymous browser ID stored in cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and actions on them. This data does not tell us who you are.

Why

• to answer your request: check availability, agree dates, delivery and price;
• to contact you by the email or messenger you gave;
• to see how the site is used and make it better (Metrica only).

We do not send newsletters or ads to your contacts.

Who receives the data

A request reaches the rental managers as a Telegram message and is not stored in the site database. Visit data is processed by Yandex LLC under its own rules. We do not share or sell your data to anyone else unless the law directly requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as it is needed to arrange and carry out the rental and to answer questions about it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

• to find out what data of yours we hold;
• to ask us to correct or delete it;
• to withdraw your consent.

To do so, reply to the email or message the manager sent you about your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect requests we have already handled.

You can turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.
